So everything i ate today was healthy, and then my family went out to this sushi bar and i got mixed vegtables and it had like this soy sauce stuff on it so all the nutrients were probably gone. and then i had cup of fried rice. FRIED RICE. omg i ate all of it.
i feel so bad. should i go run likee 3908409 hours. or was this healthy??

Answer:ignore that idiot. freaking out too much can cause you to be unhealthy, though it is good to be particular about what you stick in your mouth. do what i do: if I "cheat" or start to feel too guilty, i just exercise and move on. the next day you can do everything right. taking it a day at a time is what equates long term success.

how is soy sauce bad for you?
I come from china. When we have dumplings or noodles, its always reminded that soy sauce is good for you. Let me explain this in a way you can understand. jam is made from fruits. are all the nutrients gone because the fruit is in a different form?
how is fried rice bad, honestly… think about it. Its just rice with some scrambled eggs and a few vegetables fried in a little oil, in a pan.
its kind of insulting that you jump to conclusions like that. asian food is much healthier than american food.
moving on… just because you ate healthy ONE day doesnt mean you'll lose weight. It takes at least a week to see a difference, losing weight in a healthy rate is 1-2 lbs a week.

You sound like an anorexic counting calories there. Eating junk once in a while isn't deadly and it won't make you fat if you usually eat well. And this barely qualifies as junk. Vegetables are still healthy even when cooked and soy sauce isn't deadly. You stressing over food like that is a lot worse than what you actually ate. You do realise that in order to stay at a healthy weight you need to have a healthy relationship with food? Meaning, don't fear it, embrace it? Also stress raises your cortisol levels and that makes you put on more weight. So calm down, go take a herbal tea and just be happy you ate something tasty as a little treat.
