How To Lose Weight By High School !?
So school starts back August 25 and I really feel the need to lose about 15 or 20 pounds & be near a size 8 . My body is narrow up top and get wider towards the bottom . So if anyone could give tips on how to get smaller arms and thighs I would really apperciate it (:

Eat 30 carbs a day and a 1200 calorie diet. No chocolate, candy, or any sugary snack until school starts. Before each meal, drink 1 cup of water mixed with apple cider vinegar. It tastes disgusting! But helps you with your weight loss.
The best exercise is running intervals. Put a two pylons (or any two objects) at least 9 feet away from each other. In the morning, run 11 times. In the afternoon, 8 times and in the evening 13 times. After doing this for a week, put the pylons 11 feet away. Every week, increase distance. Do 50 push-ups and jump rope for 10 minutes. Do this every day for a week. I promise you, you'll see great results
